Many nonprofit organizations know that Google Analytics can help them hone the effectiveness of their online communications efforts. But what do all those website campaign metrics – pageviews, bounce rates, visitors – really mean?
In a three-hour session, Ann-Marie Harrington will show you how to interpret the data, including from advanced features and tools. She will draw examples from a live case study, making the presentation easy to follow. Ann-Marie will also tell you why understanding the data is important for improving your online communication efforts – whether through your website, e-newsletters or social media campaigns.
Ann-Marie is the founder and president of Embolden, a full-service, digital communications group providing clients with a tailored approach to online strategy, web development, web design and content management. Embolden specializes in nonprofit organizations, community foundations and the professional services sectors. Ann-Marie founded Embolden in 1998 and has grown it into a successful and award-winning firm. She was named the RI Small Business Person of the Year for 2009 by the U.S. Small Business Administration and sits on a variety of nonprofit boards and committees.
